Children - Very Welcome At Chalet Prarion And Chamonix

There is nothing quite like the excitement of children enjoying the snow, and here at Chamonixvallee.com they are therefore very welcome.

For the younger members, we can provide a 'nanny service'* at the chalet and being next to the piste, there is the convenience of being able to ski back and pop in and see the children whenever you like, or take a shorter day and enjoy the children in the garden, its probably where the term 'quality time' really came from!

As for Les Houches here in the Chamonix valley, it is probably second to none for families and childcare, a very friendly and welcoming resort 3 to 5's encouraged to learn to ski with kindergarten in the morning and half day skiing in the afternoon, and over 5's receiving expert tuition from the very patient English speaking ESF Ski School Instructors. 

For your peace of mind, we only pick staff that have a genuine affection and appreciation of children, who recognise and understand the assistance and support you need to ensure your holiday is a relaxing one. Where necessary we provide transport to kindergarten or ski school, collecting them at the end of the day and all our vehicles are fitted with child safety seats.

Cots, children's toys and games are all provided as part of the service. In the evenings we provide a 'child listening' service for parents who want to 'pop out' for a little après ski. 

For the older children, the projection cinema screen and surround sound system ensure that the only complaint that we sometimes get from parents, is they never see the children!

As for meal times, whilst the menu is customised for younger members' tastes and appreciation, we only provide fresh, wholesome, well presented meals. After all, why shouldn't they enjoy a taste of luxury too!
